I bought a domain name from them, but when I tried to set up the nameservers through their admin page it wouldn’t let me for some reason or another.

I contacted their 24 hour rapid email support team to get some instructions on how to fix the problem. Six days later and many emails, I received an answer to the problem! I had to do a whois on them to find out who ran the show, send many emails just to get a response. This company, I later found out, has always had a bad name for support.

I strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. This is a very poor service website.
