UsabilityNet is a classic example of what an ugly site looks like. It is also a good example of what not to do when designing a website.

The site has no clear concept. What is it about??

The site is not easy on the eye..and well, is just plain fugly. What do you think?

Cheap domains is an Australian company based in Perth, Western Australia who sell .com.au domain names. I bought a domain name from them, but when I tried to set up the nameservers through their admin page it wouldn’t let me for some reason or another.

I contacted their 24 hour rapid email support team to get some instructions on how to fix the problem. Six days later and many emails, I received an answer to the problem! I had to do a whois on them to find out who ran the show, send many emails just to get a response. This company, I later found out, has always had a bad name for support.

I strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. This is a very poor service website.
